Graphic design of Banner and Mini-Tower ads using Poor Richard Web Press will be a flat rate of $99.00 per banner and $49.00 for each graphic change after posting. You may of course elect to use your own designed banner as long as it conforms with the exact sizes of the ad you are purchasing.
